Spring PIN offer??

A discount on rooms AND the tickets/dining at kids prices sounds like two different offers. Disney doesn't usually combine these...

My sister got the 2 combined last January. No one ever believes her!

The DV offer that came out before S/P/D GP offer seemed to include a room offer in addition to tickets and dining too. I know when I re ran the numbers with the GP offer it was more than my DV offer. Some had said this went on for a few days for GP as well before the "error" was corrected. No pin for me but it was still a sweet deal.

I remember this glitch in the system, too. Some people were lucky enough to get a reservation with the extra discount. The only disadvantage was that if you tried to make a change to the reservation they would correct the error and you'd lose the extra savings. But otherwise they would honor the discount. It saved some people hundreds of dollars.

No. Under normal circumstances (meaning just about all the time) Disney won't let you "stack" discounts. You choose which to apply.

But if you book now with FD, and then get a PIN, you can certainly switch to the PIN if the discount is better.

Curious about this as well. I've called a few times to see if I had a PIN attached and no luck. Twice, I've been told by the CM I was speaking to that there "could" still be another round and to keep checking.

The one I spoke to yesterday confirmed what I had heard about the PIN expiration leading into to Visa holders offer and then followed within a week or so with the public offer.

I still keep hoping for a second round so I don't have to do the early am stalk and pounce when the public offers are released.

I got a Pin Code on 8/5/13 valid for room discount (20/25/30) for dates 9/29-11/22 and 11/30-12/23/13.

But I haven't gotten anymore pins except for the s/p/d for 2014. I thought there was a room discount as well going around for 2014?

Yes, PINs come from Disney Destinations.

I called today and asked if I had a pin code attached to my name and turned out I did! It is good until December 22nd with some blackout dates. I never received an email and had checked just the day before and had nothing so keep checking! FD turned out to be a better deal than the pin code so hoping for another one for 2014!
