I had robins all in my yard Sunday and took this picture just to make you feel like spring is here. I was trying to get a picture of a woodpecker but he seemed to be camera shy, kept going to the other side of the tree.

Robins on the other hand seem to be very camera friendly, would stop and pose for me.

Have a nice day!

Even though I have a fear of birds and find them a little creepy, I like your springtime picture. :teeth: It'll be a bit before we see spring around here, but I know it's coming!! :goodvibes

2 -5 INCHES of snow is going to fall here tonight...so uhhh no spring for us yet!

Here in Central Mass I have seen Robins, Doves, Red Winged Blackbirds, Starlings, and the Bluejays are quite noisy today! It almost makes me want to go outside! :teeth: My 2 youngest furbabies are having a blast chattering and trying to catch them through the windows!

No robins yet, but yesterday I had a pair of morning doves walking on my deck. Every year they build a nest in the adjoining cypress tree. Of course, half the time they get kicked out by a mean bluejay. I saw him flying around yesterday too, so we will see who is the victor this year!

yep, spring is definitely on the way *sneezes, blows my nose & sniffles again anyway*

So funny that you posted this, because I was going to start a thread asking people if their allergies were already bothering them, because mine are driving me NUTS!

For the past week, I've been sneezing my fool head off and I'm soooo stopped up. Yesterday DD thought I'd been crying, so my eyes must look pretty bad too.

DH's truck has been covered with pollen every day. Spring has definitely sprung here in Houston!

I love Mourning Doves! Did you know their monogomous? Can't say that about a lot of humans! Anyhoo...

We had the same pair lay eggs in the same nest two years in a row. It was next to the deck in our backyard, so I was able to watch them at eye-level. The babies grew so darn fast!

What a BEAUTIFUL picture. Sure wish Spring would hurry up and get here. I need some warmth and sunshine so bad!!!

Well, my allergies are starting to act up. I guess I should get that perscription filled. The weather doesn't feel like spring though. There is still snow on the ground from last weeks storm. The tempurature is supposed to reach 42 today but with windchill it will feel like 32. :cold: Spring cannot get here fast enough.

We are actually supposed to get up in the 70's this weekend. I can't wait. Might be able to finally wash the car this weekend. :lmao:
