Spring into May Exercise Challenge

Finally back to walking. I am really going to have to pick up the pace to meet my goal.

Okay..joining late but I only just found the exercise/weightloss/lifestyle boards...DIS-ers ROCK!!!

Put me down for 160 minutes...not much..but it's all I can fit in given it is near the end of the month!
 

I've been busy even though I haven't posted much - I'll be starting out the week at 570/1000!

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! Saturday was my day off and I did 60 min yesterday bringing my total to 1020/900!
 
Sun 4/20 - please add 115 mins - thank you

60 mins to/from Dunkins
45 mins around the "gerbil track"
10 mins on treadmill
 
Well it's been a week since I've checked in things were really crazy last week. I did manage to get lots of excersise in though through various activities too many to mention so I will just give my total for last week 150 minutes so that brings my total up to 450/600
 
70 minutes again on the treadmill.....1000/1200. Almost there!! :)
 
I got 90 mins on the treadmill between last night and this morning.

totals as of 5/21 770/1000

40 minutes today

This month has REALLY sucked for having time to do more than a short walk on my lunch break (which I don't count!)

I'll try and fit in what I can, but hopefully June will be better ...:guilty:
