Spring Free Dining PIN code keeps coming to my email address!!!! But not for me!! :(

I know you guys can relate to this, but I keep getting the spring free dining email PIN code like once a week but its not for me!!!

So if your name is Susan Agee and you live in Georgia, I have your free dining PIN code emails!!! I sure wish I could use them!!!

I keep getting one also. Wrong name but correct address. I wonder if they will let me use it. I have a trip booked this nov and if free dining doesn't come out soon then I may just have to call and try to use that pin code

I would call and speak to a superviser. I got an email pin in my email with my mother's name and address. After speaking to a superviser about it, she had me fax a copy of the email and she wound up honoring it.

Ditto for me! 3 times now with the name of a family member, and an old address I lived at 6 years ago. I booked a trip one time with that family member, and then cancelled. Meanwhile we have been 6 times since then with my current email address being plugged in each time, and they have my current address on file. So frustrating!

Idk what's going on w/Disney. They have sent us 5 free dining pins since the end of January for the spring. It's crazy. I guess I shouldn't be complaining... but someone else could receive and use these pins! There's no reason to send me 5 of the same one!

Just call back until you get someone who lets you use it. I got a PIN addressed to my mom at my email address - we have different last names and addresses. The first 2 CMs said I couldn't use it. So I tried again, and the third guy said no problem! Ridiculous, but true.

Well, its not my previous name or the name of a family member. I don't even know anyone who lives in the state of Georgia. LOL If there was some kind of connection there maybe I could fight it, but I don't see how I can??

I used to get postcards all the time to my physical address that had someone else's name on them and I wanted it fixed hoping that it would make ME get a postcard (or email ) of my own. They would not honor them and it took a lot of phone calls to stop them, but I still have never gotten pin despite jumping through hoops to try for one. I understand that it is random and all that but why do some people seem to get them over and over and some never get them.....it is so frustrating!!!
