Spring discount excludes Easter weeks???

We are going Mar 30-Apr 7 and it looks like the new discount is excluding this week. Am I reading that correctly? If so, ugh!!!

Any chance of another discount coming out? We will be getting annual passes in December. Any chance an AP rate would include those weeks?
