Spring Dapper Day Rates - question

Hello all,

I've been playing around with the rates on the Dapper Day site for the Spring and compared to previous years I'm noticing rates are actually changing depending on stay. It's been my experience that the nightly rates were pretty static, not changing at all over the entire time the Dapper Day rates applied.

This time however I'm noticing there is definitely a range of prices - for example the GCH can be anywhere from 250/nt- 300/nt ... and some very odd rates at that such as $291.43/nt before tax

Are the fluctuating rates based on room type now left available? Thanks in advance!

Are you trying to book through the link provided by dapper day? I didn't find the rate to fluctuate at all when booking that way a few weeks ago. If that's not what you're doing, I'd say try that.

The DLR Meeting site displays the average nightly rate, so some odd numbers will result

Currently standard rooms (non HA) are:
DLH has the same rate $199/night for all dates 2/22 - 3/7.
PPH is $179 for 2/22 - 3/3, and $225 for 3/4 - 3/7.
GCH is $249 for 2/22 - 3/3, and $348 for 3/4 - 3/7.

Perhaps the lowest discounted rates are sold out, but another (not so steeply discounted) rate is available.
