Does anyone know when spring break is in Orlando this year?

They all vary but from mid Mar to 1st week in Apr.

The first week of March was Bike Week in Daytona and that usually kicks-off Spring Break. Masses of university students have arrived in Florida beginning last weekend and we'll have week after week of students coming and going through early April. In other years where Easter is later in April, Spring Break can go on even longer.
