We are coming to Orlando for 3 Nights in early April. What are the crows like in Universal/IOA? She we do a 2 day or a 3 day? We have been to Disney 5 times and are looking to do something different.

Crowds will be heavy of course. IMO, you will need 3 days if you are not staying onsite--could probably get by with 2 if you are.

We were there last Easter weekend (end of our Spring Break), stayed onsite and I was surprised at how light the crowds were. We went to the Studios on Saturday and had not problems with the lines - only used the FOTL pass a couple of times. Then we had dinner at Margaritaville and went to WWoHP at dusk, in my opinion a perfect time to experience it the first time :thumbsup2 and it was crowded but not that bad. We only waited 10 minutes for Olivanders and my DD11 got picked (so yes we bought the wand), walked right into DD (ok, so I'm still calling it that) without having to use FOTL. We didn't ride FJ since we were coming for early opening but did walk through the castle and the lines didn't look that bad.

Easter Sunday we got to the gates very early and went straight to FJ, rode it 2x before it was down for 20 minutes because of someone being :sick. My DDs rode it a total of 6x that day by going through the single rider line. Hogsmeade was crowded but it was manageable.

The rest of the park was manageable as well. My only disappointment was that the River Ride in Jurassic Park was down after we had rode it and we wanted to go on it again!
