My interview is in less than 24 hours and I'm starting to feel really excited and nervous! eep. I've gotta wake up early to prepare for it too.... ahh I'm soo nerve wracked the more I think about it. I guess I've just gotta put on my confident face!

My interviewer didnt say anything but the questions and was really quiet so I feel the same way. I rambled a bit because his questions were vague but they were decent answers. not wonderful, but not bad. everyone probably feels their interview couldve been better

Haha I'm starting to feel better now. I was the same as you. My answers weren't outstanding, but they were decent. I rambled, but I hope I atleast rambled on topic >.< And I was so nervous I think I forgot to sound happy! Ugh. There were a lot of long pauses after my answers too.

Glad to see so many have gotten interviews scheduled. Good Luck to all. I got my invitation to schedule an interview and when I go on the disney site to shedule it says that event is no longer available. Has anyone see this??? So nervous..want to get interview scheduled.

They have been having lots of problems with the new site. Try it again or call them

I also applied for only Disneyland. I figured what would be the point of doing WDW since I live just a few hours away and go there all the time. Rather do something new and different. Plus it would be probably the only chance I'll ever get to check out California for an extended amount of time.

So I just got off the phone anddd it seemed to go pretty well! They want me to go audition Oct. 9th for a character role and in the mean time they might get back to me if I have a part as anything else available to me. The lady was extremely energetic and happy and I worry I rambled a little bit but I also feel pretty confident because I said a few things that made her laugh, I showed that I really do know the parks, and we got along pretty well. At one point she asked me if I was more of a team player or an individual and I was explaining to her that it depends on the role... and I said "granted while I'm a character I don't need a Chip to my Dale" and she started laughing and was like "That's cute!"

So I'm feeling pretty good. It's a four hour drive to my audition but I'm so excited and I can't wait... three weeks until I can go to it! eeeee

Apparently, what I heard is that around 8k apply for wdw and 6k get in. I dont know how many apply for DL but only about 350 get in according to my alumni friend. I really hope I get in.

yes i had it on the 8th. i actually think i bombed it. but it will be interesting to find out. I'm so freakin impatient though this is killing me!!! As long as i don't get 'pending' i'll be okay. i'd rather get rejected than pending

(As i'm writing this there is a Lion King 3d commercial on TV!!)

LOL I wondered that too! I tried to stay away from "like" and "um" but I'm sure I mumbled it a few times. And anytime I noticed I wasn't smiling I was trying to correct myself hehe. Nerves make people awkward.

Oh good. I hope they exclude the ums. Im sure they know its from nerves and not a lack of intelligence. haha. I am going crazy waiting. haha

Lol. i did too but she caught me off guard and i did a big 'uhhhhhhhhhh.... weeelllll...... i woullddd.......ummmmmmmm........' and then proceeded to slam my head on the desk cause thats so unprofessional!
but it was very awkward. lol. i was like smile! sit up straight! nevermind they cant see you i hope she could tell i was just really nervous. lol
