Thank you for taking the time to interview for the Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World® Resort.
As your Disney Support Recruiter, I am your point of contact during your application process. I am happy to assist with any questions you may have.
My contact information is listed below. Please don't hesitate to call me or send me an e-mail. For your convenience, I also included the phone numbers and e-mail addresses of several different departments within our Disney College Program operation. Please feel free to contact these areas if you have more specific questions about the different components of our program.
NEXT STEP REMINDERS
Before we can consider you for the Disney College Program, you must do the following:
1) Print a copy of your application and Role Checklist
2) Check both documents to be sure:
a. Both documents are signed and dated
b. All appropriate boxes have been marked on both documents
c. You have signed your initials to any hand-written changes you made on either document
3) Fax these documents to 407-934-6878 ATTN: COLLEGE E-PRESENTATION COORDINATOR
OR
Scan & Email these documents.
Please scan in your documents using the following settings:
-Black & White Document / or Grayscale
-Low Resolution - 72-120 dpi
-Preferred Formats are : jpg, gif, pdf, png (please avoid bmp or tiff)
Send to wdw.college.recruiting@disney.com
-Subject Line: ATTN: College E-Presentation Coordinator (Application & Role Checklist)
-Be sure to include all pages (front and back)
4) Mail the original documents to:

We will notify you of our decision within 2 - 3 weeks of receiving your completed documents, not necessarily within 2 - 3 weeks of your interview.

As mentioned in the presentation, there are three components to the program: Living, Learning and Earning. All the information you will need about each aspect of the program is available on our College Program Web site.
You should hear from me again about 2 - 3 weeks after we have received your completed application and Role Checklist. If you haven't received any mail from me after the 4th week from when you mailed your materials, please send an e-mail to wdw.college.recruiting@disney.com. Please type "Waiting to hear: E-Presentation" in the subject line of your message. Also be sure to include your full name, when you interviewed, and your current postal mailing address in the body of the e-mail.
