Spreadsheet tool for determining if the dining plan is worth it?

Years ago I recall someone posting an Excel spreadsheet tool that helped you plan your meals for the trip and determine whether it would be cost effective to purchase a dining plan or not. Does this sound familiar? We are going for the first time in several years and our kids are now teens and eat like adults. We want to do a sit down lunch for every park day and maybe one character dining experience.

I’ve used this one in the past. I’m thankful for this tool as I’ve realized the DDP is not worth it to us - even when it’s ’Free Dining’.

We paid full price for our room last year to get ‘Free Dining’ and couldn’t use a number of credits. Ended up buying many meals for friends who were with us.

Did the calculations again recently and still the same, better for us to get a room discount as there is no way we will spend the difference on food. And, as a data point, we are a family of 2 and stay at Pop. We travel in Aug when it’s hot so don’t want a lot of meals and often share 3 or 4 QS meals throughout the day.
