Spreading some Pixie Dust for first timers... ideas?

I have some friends who are making their first trip to WDW in a couple weeks.

I wanted to do something nice for them upon their arrival.

MY idea was to have nametags made up for them and have them delivered to their room. Does anyone know if this can be done via a phone call, or do you need to be in person to buy/order the nametags?

OR...

Any other ideas or thoughts on how to spread a little pixie dust to them for their first trip?

and then there is also the basket lady Shirley but you would have to do a search for her because I don't remember the website. I know she does baskets for the cruises so she may be out of Port Canaveral
