OK, "ewww" factor aside, I can sort of see wanting your ashes scattered at WDW.
I was surprised how large a box of ashes is. My friends had another friend who passed away. His family did not even claim his remains, so my friends claimed them and had him cremated. Afterwards they had a memorial for him (only four people attended). They hoped his family would want the ashes someday so they kept them. It is a good sized box, a little smaller than a child's metal lunchbox.
I can totally see taking a small portion of the ashes and scattering them discreetly, but the whole container would be too much.
