Spouse's Sear's Card?

Hi. we got a Sears card back last Dec. Just for a washer and dryer one year to payment deal. Its only in Dh name. Now DD19 and I want to go look for a new mattress out of town for her. Will Sears let me use his card?

have him call add you to the card
they will send you one then in the mean time you can use his card they will just call and comfirm you are on the account to use it

Last year I tried to use my wifes Sears card to buy a watch and the sales lady would not let me. I had to be added to the account or have my own card.

I echo what the PP said; my mother (who has been a Sears card holder for 20+ years) sent me to the store with her card to buy something. The salesperson was quite adamant in stating that either 1) I must have my own card, or 2) I must be added to her account in order to make the purchase. I now have 2 Sears credit cards of my own, however! The bonus is that when you sign up, you get $10 off your first purchase.
