Spot check - EMH for AP/DVC

I am currently in Orlando with some flexibility to visit the parks later in the evening. MK has EMH tonight. I am an AP holder and DVC owner, but I am not staying at a resort property as I’m in town for a work function held off-site.

My understanding is that I can still be in a park during EMH, but I can’t enter attractions. Is there any way to leverage my AP or DVC to ride rides during EMH? I am pretty sure the answer is a solid “no,” but figured it would not hurt to ask.

Nope, they will scan bands as you enter each attraction, to check that you are staying at an eligible resort.

Not everything is open during EMH, and I believe it's only things they can enforce it for.

Not everything is open during EMH, and I believe it's only things they can enforce it for.

They can "enforce" EMH requirements at any attraction they choose.
They just post a CM with a battery-operated scanner at the attraction entrances.

Regardless, Hall of Presidents and O Canada are not open during EMH.
