No he was not an arbitrator, it was an all or nothing proceeding. The judge found that the violated almost every procedure & failed to let the NFPA have access to the witness against Brady. If this was a criminal trial the ACLU would have been all over it. The prosecution gets all their witnesses but the defnese isn't allowed to the same?

You know after they are hiking the ball to Brady he's taking a inflation needle out of his pants and letting 2 lbs of air out of that football before he throws it don't you? And the receiver has a automatic pump in his shoulder pads that reinflates it so no one is the wiser! You can clearly see it on TV...

On another note, the Dr. Pepper commercial where at the end the guy has the football and is squeezing it saying he thinks it's not properly inflated is just funny!

Not really a brady fan but I think it's hilarious that such a big deal is made out of the football being deflated during the first half, when the Pats scored 17 total points and when they reinflated them at halftime and the Pats scored 21 points the third quarter! Yeh, sounds to me like they really like the deflated footballs. According to what the Pats scored the 3rd and 4th quarter, if the footballs had been inflated to proper pressure at the beginning, the score would have been 56-7.

What else is there to do? The appeal is still pending. No use continuing to complain about it.

For many Pats fans this is the one game they've been waiting for since January ....so assuming that the referees examine the balls, the game will be played fair and square with no complaints from Brady-haters. Then at that point, anyone who hasn't moved on can do so .....until the appeal process starts it all iver again.

It doesn't really matter. In the end, the Patriots will be in the playoffs again with Brady as their QB. What happens in this case, or the first 4-games is of no consequence. Now, let's figure out why Peyton Manning thinks it's alright to sexually assault women.....
