I assumed they were asking for evidence of who did what, or if anyone did anything. Which, to date, there is none. Yes, they were under the specs. When it happened, how it happened, no one knows as of yet. There may never BE an answer that answers everything. I don't know. You don't know. Maybe there is a ball boy out there that knows, or maybe there isn't. Maybe they were on the low side 'cause that's how Tom likes it and the ref's gave it to the old eye ball "yup, good to go" and the it was cold so they dropped even more. Again, I don't know. Until the NFL says yea nay or we'll never know, it's all speculation. But it does give people something to talk about

LOL, I know!

I was being sarcastic. Everyone is acting like the Patriots are the only team, ever, to have any issue. And on the grand scale of issues, I'll take this one over the two you mentioned, and pretty much any other issue too.

Lets say Grace had a big test at school, she was so nervous she would not get a A that she made a cheat sheet..The day of the test came, she opened the test and thought darn I know all this I don't need that cheat sheet I put behind my paper..The teacher catches her with the cheat sheet, is she a cheater???

Bottom line yes the Patriots killed the Colts, did the deflated balls make the colts lose probably not..But that does not change the fact they cheated even if they didn't end up needing the under deflated balls...People are missing the point, heck I am not even a football fan..Yes I like to see the colts win because I am from Indiana but cowboys rule in my house...

If she didn't use the cheat sheet, then no, she isn't a cheater as she didn't cheat. Bad analogy. If she USED the cheat sheet, and THEN realized she knew the answers, yes she cheated. But if she saw had the sheet and didn't use it (as you stated) then no, no cheating.

To be honest I really think it could have effected the game. Addleman tossed one hell of TD. That was a big play put them up considerably and could have panned out much differently. Not to mention that no team would expect a wideout to throw a ball professional ball under the games wether conditions. Not to mention that the week beforres game a played in the same stadium was one with a superb throw and finger tip catch.

I am not saying the colts would have won. I won my survivor because I has New England I am saying the ball in that one play effected the game significantly. Seven points is significant and my feeling is most teams would not expect a wide out to be throwing a wet ball.

The problem with your example is that there is no proof the Patriots cheated.
