Sporting Events at Disney?

This is probably on the wrong forum so please move it if it is. I am looking to start fundraising for our 8u Team to possibly go to the USSSA Disney event in 2016. They haven't released the 2015 event info yet or I can't find it one. Does anyone have any experience with traveling with a baseball team and how much it will likely cost each player and the additional cost per family? I know a lot of the family expenses will be based on how long they stay? Would love a link to read info online somewhere or personal experience.
