I was planning on visiting Spoodles for our Aug trip but I read somewhere that it is being closed down.

Can somebody give me info?

Thanks

Latest info:
Spoodles will not be serving breakfast from July 1 through mid August. Breakfast will be served daily at Flying Fish Cafe from 7:30- 11:30 AM. From July 6 through August 1, a buffet dinner will be served at Spoodles. There will be no ala carte dining. Starting August 2 through mid August the restaurant will be completely closed.

Cat Cora to open eatery to replace Spoodles restaurant at the Boardwalk Resort. The restaurant will be called Kouzzina by Cat Cora and will feature Mediterranean cuisine. Cora has been a featured chef at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and at Disney’s California Food & Wine Festival at Disneyland Resort. No official opening date has been announced.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Looks like I am going to have to find another restaurant.

As if choosing your dining restaurants wasnt hard enough.

I'm with you on that one- hence my post about others ADR's :confused3

If that means that Spoodles will be 'no more' after mid August it's terrible news! This was one of our favourite discoveries from last year. We're going back to WDW at the start of November and this was one of our must-have adrs! To all those people going out before it closes, I really recommend you try it before it's too late.

Still, I hear that Cat Cora is going to create Greek and Mediterranean Signature dining specialties too, so perhaps it'll be worth a try. It means that it'll be two dining credits instead of one which makes you wonder how many non-signature table dining options there are in the Boardwalk area. I'm sure someone will be able to recommend some alternatives round there...? ;)

I'd love to try this restaurant but am struggling to get an ADR!!!!

Think might try my luck when we check in/throughout our stay and keep everything crossed! :worship:
