FLYING FISH. Spoodles has a good breakfast but dinner has been lacking for the past few years. At one time it was very good. Recently we have become pretty big fans of FF, mmmmm good
We ate at the Flying Fish last June. It is a beautifully fancy restaurant. You can watch the chefs cook your food over a wood fired grille behind a glass partition.
I had a fish filet but I forget what kind of fish it was.
I love fish. I am very particular about what I like.
It was the best fish I've ever had.
But there was no salad, no real side dishes. Just the fish. And it was the most expensive fish ever also.
If you don't mind paying a very high price, I bet you'll love whatever you get there.
I walked away saying, "Boy was that good fish. But I'm still hungry. And I don't have any more money to buy some more food!"

Spoodles has gone through so many menu changes that I hesitate to say if it is currently good or not so good. It used to be consistantly good, but now there seems to be an element of chance to the menu.
Flying Fish was the best meal I had last trip, but it isn't cheap. We took our six and seven year old, but I personally wouldn't take my own kids much younger than that here. We got out fairly inexpensively because we were working to get to Fantasmic, so we stuck to entrees and shared desserts.
Whenever we stay at BWI or BWV, we dine at spoodles at least once and have never experienced a bad meal yet. We do like Mediteranean flavors, so the menu changes have always been fine with us. Due to my DS, we've avoided FF.
mm6mm6,
Very funny. Best piece of fish I have ever had was at Aqua at the Bellagio in LV. The fish was not the reason why I felt broke that day tho. lol
We like both. Spoodles is a little more casual and Flying Fish is more fine dining. Even though FF is fine dining, there are plenty of kids in there. We always go to both when we stay at BWI.
