Spoodles is among our favorite restaurants at WDW. We were utterly blown away by the food at Spoodles at dinner. For the adventurous palette, there is no equal at WDW. On our last visit, we crafted a diverse meal from tapas and flatbreads. One of our choices was the Lavosh Bread Bowl with spicy garlic rock shrimp, chickpea puree and sautéed spinach. I felt like licking the bowl dry, the sauce was that good! Another choice was a special salad, available just that night, because the ingredients were available. Excellent. The service was a bit less attentive than at some of the other restaurants on my favorites list, but the taste of the food more than made up for that.
Before losing weight, we loved the buffet breakfast at Spoodles as well. They have a really nice spread, including fritattas, quiche, eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, fruit, baked goods, and the kicker, for me, smoked salmon. It is a bit pricey, but for all-you-care-to-eat smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and red onion on a bagel, it's a bargain.
