Spoodles Breakfast?

Hi! I have been hearing fantastic things about the Feta Cheese Frittata at Spoodles...but I am not going to be at WDW until October. So my guess is that everything with be changed under the new restaurant Kouzena (sp?). Any thoughts or guesses?
