Hi
If you have an annual pass and collect the sponsors you get an extra year - but as I understand it only if you go within the month preceding your annual pass running out the actual words are
Pour beneficier des mois d'extension le parrain doit imperativement se presenter au Bureau de Passeport Annuel le mois qui precede la date d'expiration de on Passeport Annuel afin d'y remettre son bulletin de parrainage dument rempli. Passe ce delai, il perdra le benefice de ses 12 mois de extension
My french isn't good enough to know exactly what this means - our passports expire on 19th October - and the ideal date for us to go again would be 19th October - but would that count? or do we need to renew before 19th September?
Can anyone translate? does anyone know? have tried to phone the annual passport helpline, but can't get a person only a french automated voice and again my french isn't good enough.
Has anyone extended their passport using the deal? if so was it in the direct month preceding or in the one before that?
Christine
