Ohhhhh man. The case files were interesting enough and I'm really glad Brass made it through. But my biggest "OMG YAY" moment came at the very end. Grissom and Sara are finally together! I have been vindicated at last Everyone who told me I was crazy for thinking there was something between them...that there was no chemistry. Booya I'm so glad that after six long years they've finally brought those two together


Anyone else watch and enjoy?

i'm a "newbie" to csi! I just started watching a few months ago. I'm hooked, and i try to watch reruns on late at nite. I was surprised to see them, but i don't know their history...have they shown signs of affection to each other before? Fill me in!! I love the show now...but i'm still not sure about the finale tonite! I was kinda confused...that checking for clues thingy had me really confused!!

Yeah! And tonight, I could feel the buildup between them. And then that ending scene. I was doing some serious swooning


As far as the clues...the only thing I got out of it was that the promo picture was supposed to give us visual clues as to what was going to happen in the season finale. Like the guy slumped over the counter was Brass. We know that know because he was the one who got shot. Sara's head turned to look at Grissom and vise-versa. The stool had GG + ? engraved on it and we know it's because Griss and Sara are together now. But I didn't get too into the clue frenzy because I read CSI spoilers on another website so I pretty much knew what was going to happen. It was just exciting to see it all pan out.

I think she's a self-centered twit. In the few episodes we've seen her in, she's always been that way. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. For a little while there in tonight's episode, I thought she may actually redeem herself. But no, she took off. Like she always does when the going get's tough. Poor Brass. He knows he wasn't such a great dad when she was growing up and he's tried so hard to fix things but she just refuses to let him in.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one screaming OMG at the end of last night's episode, but for a totally different reason. I DID NOT, DO NOT and WILL NEVER WANT Sarah and Gil together!!!

I was also with the ones who thought OMG. I never really thought that they would hook up. I thought Sara wanted too I just never thought that Gil would hook up with someone he works so closely with. I am glad that Brass is going to make it and I also agree that his daughter is a twit and she just wanted his money, that is all she talked and thought of.

I also think she was counting on him to not make it, since she was calling about his pension and everything. I can't stand her....but at least Brass is gonna be ok!!

I think the end scene last night proved that CSI will never be soap-opera-ish. The way they showed us that the two are together was so subtle and was barely more than a minute long. And I have a feeling they'll continue in this vein. I mean, they've shown us parts of the personal lives of other characters, why not Grissom and Sara? I like that we get character arcs like this. If I just wanted to see the science of it, I'd watch a more accurate forensics show on the Discovery channel or something.

How long do we think they've been together?

On The Early Show today William Petersen said they did the scene like that to make it seem as though they've been together for years. They wanted to give off that vibe. So who knows how long it will be before we find out how long they've ACTUALLY been seeing one another? I mean, it took them SIX years just to give us this one little scene But I personally think that maybe they started dating at the end of season 5. After Nick's whole kidnapping scare. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
