"Spoiler" tag not working?

I tried to use the "spoiler" quote tag on one of my posts but it doesn't show up when looking at the thread. I selected "Spoiler" from the "insert" drop-down at the top of the message composition panel. It gave what appears to be the correct meta-tags. I inserted my spoiler text between them and committed the post. Looking at the result though, the spoiler button doesn't show up.

Doing this here for demonstration. There should be a spoiler button after this line...

Spoiler: Click for example
