Spoiler Question for those who have seen Harry Potter

I am asking to prove my daughter wrong!

She is going to try to go and see Harry Potter today, (hoping she can get in!) but she said that one of her friends insisted that Hermione dies in the movie.. I said NO way would they deiviate THAT much from the original story line...

Can someone tell me who's right?

I wont be seeing this one yet because I havent seen #2.... ACK life keeps getting in the way!
