So we're considering splitting our vacation between Disney and Sea World/Universal. (would like to go to both of those, but only actually STAY at one or the other) We've visited them during Disney trips before but only stayed on Disney property. FWIW, we'd be at SW or Universal for the FIRST part of the vacation...unless it would be easier to do it the other way and do Disney first??

I'm sure there's someone else out there who's done this...what kind of transportation did you use to get from Universal/Sea World to Disney WITH all of your luggage?

I should clarify that we don't want to rent a car, because that would mean hauling 4 carseats on our cross country flight, among other things, the cost included. And we don't want to stay at a random off-site hotel...wherever we stay we'd want to be ON-site at one of these locations. Disney is easy. :) But the rest I have no experience with.

Thanks for any help!!

I am looking to do the same thing on my next trip as I have been to Disney several times but I have not been to Universal in 17 years. I also want to visit Seaworld. The onsite seaworld hotels seem to be much more reasonable than the Universal ones and they have a shuttle to Universal. Now I don't know how late this shuttle would return but I am sure its limited.

I will be driving down so I will have a car. Going from Disney to Universal/Seaworld with luggage I think your only options are going to be either a taxi or town car.

I was thinking of doing a day or 2 at Universal as well. We have never been. Wondering if we'll be disappointed after Disney? Any thoughts?

i do split stays and use private car service.
3 leg transportation for $150.

grocery stop included in the price.

also of note, Universal onsite hotels are very nice, you get early access+ other perks, and you don't need a car while onsite there-
