Splitting up Re-sale

I don't think this is possible, but I'll try anyways... We would like to purchase an add-on at BWV. We had our name on a waitlist with a broker. The broker contacted us with a offer of 150 points. We were really only looking for 75 points. Is it possible to split the re-sale points with another party who want the other half. Or do we have to buy the 150 first, than try to resell the 75 points, which I'm sure wouldn't be hard to sell.

Contracts may not be sub-divided. You can certainly purchase the 150 points with someone else, but both of you would have full reservation privileges for the full 150 points. Add-ons thru DVC directly may be in any size 25 points or over, but resale must be purchased and/or sold intact. Good Luck!
