Splitting the check

Has anyone had 1 person in their party order using a breakfast voucher, and the others pay for the individual items? Is this even allowed? I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for the info.

we had 2 people use VKL vouchers at Rain Forest Cafe, and 2 DD's who did not. They took the most expensive stuff, and put it on the vouchers.

also have ordered using 2 quick and casual vouchers and 1 meal that was not.

Again- the 2 most expensive meals were put on the vouchers.
