I know it's been discussed here before about splitting entrees, but I have a few observations and questions. We are not on a dining plan. And I fully expect to snack in between meals. So a few restaurants (The Wave, BOG, Sci-Fi, and then probably some QS too) my husband and I are planning to split an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. To save money and save our stomachs. But I rarely see people review and show that they split the entrée. So does the kitchen split out the entrée for you, or do they just bring you an extra plate and let you do the splitting? Or are you sharing from one entrée plate? I know appetizers and desserts and usually shared from one plate. Maybe people just don't take a picture of the split plate.
I definitely would prefer to try my own entrée, but I think we'll still be satisfied to just share. And if we are still hungry we can get some snacks along the way. There may be some entrees that seem a little small to split, but I think we are going to do that anyway. I hope we won't feel like we are being impolite.
