Splitting Contracts- BLT

I am thinking about adding on 50 pts to BLT very soon...and I was wondering if I should/could split this into 2- 25 pt contracts. Are they harder to manage this way? The only real benefit is being able to sell it off quickly/easier if need be, correct?

I'm not sure if two 25 point contracts would sell any quicker than one 50 point contract. Both sell really quick.

Okay thanks, thats what I was thinking. I will probably just keep it as one contract.

Keeping it as one 50 point should be fine even for future resale but as to your management of contracts question, having two 25 point add-ons is really no different than having one 50 point add-on. Both will be in your original use year and for the purpose of reserving and banking all the points from the group of contracts in that use year will be treated as if they are all one contract.

I did split my 125 pt add on into a 75 and a 50 pt contract. No real issue with having 2 vs. 1 - more issues with juggling between my BWV and BLT and the 7 mo window...

We bought 50 points and got the $5. off per point.(for buying at least 50) I think they still offer this discount.

Price per point is $120 and then you get a $5 per point discount, so it is really $115 per point.
