Hi All. We are considering doing the DVC night on our next trip. However, we also want to do the dining plan. Can we do the DVC night and still use a table service credit or is that just not an option? TIA!

The DVC member night at Splitsville is not associated with the dining plan. The Splitsville member night must be booked and paid for for at time of reservation, and comes with a meal/drink for each person and some apps to share depending on party size. Not sure if you are asking if you can lower the price by using dining credits, but you cannot.
It was a fun time for our family and organized very well but way too much food was left when we were done lol.

My daughters want to do this on our next trip this fall. We will be a group of 3 and I’m wondering how they “group” people. I keep thinking like golf in foursomes, but I guess in bowling it could be 5-6 instead. Would you be willing to provide a brief run down of how the night unfolds? I haven’t been bowling in so long and I am picturing eating food right behind the lanes. Is that how it is set up? Or is there a separate dining room/restaurant area that’s different from the bowling alley? Thanks for any info you can provide....

Yep, you eat right at the lane while you are bowling...there is a large table with booth seating. It was downstairs (they have two levels) and the lanes were right behind the checkin area. There was a sign with our family name and we had our own lane, we are a family a five. All the other lanes, about 6-7 of them seemed to be at least 4 of more per lane and just one family. It was fun, you can talk to the people in the lane next to you because they are close. They made it like a game and awarded the highest score in each group a 'special' gift and we all received DVC Splitsville socks.

We have been to Spiltsville a few times and love it. We always just go on our own, never DVC night. I think both times it was on our way home, last stop DS. So it was for lunch. The food is very good. We love eating and bowling together. Fun time!

Thanks for the info! This sounds like a lot of fun. Now, about the food...is there a specific menu to choose from or is it basically the regular menu? My younger daughter (13) will eat almost anything but my oldest one (15) is a little more picky.

Anything from the regular menu. Kids got the refillable freestyle cups as their drinks, I got a wine and Dh got a beer....all included.

When are the DVC nights? Is it listed on dvc website? I haven’t heard of this before. Thank you :thanks:

Thanks, that is what we figured. We want to do the dining plan for our trip but also want to do DVC night at Splitsville. We'll just pay cash for the one night!

We aren’t on the dining plan but we have TIW. I know we can’t use it for the member night but the experience sounds so fun I’m willing to skip the discount and go anyways.

On DVC member night splitsville isn't only being used by DVC, it's just the nights when you can purchase the DVC package. Compare prices to verify if the value is there.
