Split stays?

How do you guys Split your stays between resorts? ie...how do you book them? We are going to be there for 10 days next Christmas and would like to experience a deluxe resort for the last half of our trip. I'm just wondering how do I make it a smooth transaction both booking and once we get there.

We booked them at the same time through our travel agent - you'll need to pay 1 deposit per resort. Once you're there it's very easy to change - just let bell services know the night before what time you'd like your bags picked up and where they're going and *poof* by late afternoon the next day they're at your new resort

On our last trip we stayed at 3 resorts - POR for 8 nights, Poly for 3, then Pop on our last night. To make packing/un-packing easier I had 1 suitcase for POR, 1 for the Poly, and our stuff for our last night stuffed into a small carry-on smushed inside of a larger suitcase. Stuff we used every night was in a different suitcase as well. It did make things a bit easier - anal, yes, but much easier - lol!
