Split stays and refillable mugs

When you split a stay between two Disney hotels, do you purchase refillable mugs at each hotel or do you use the set of mugs from the first hotel at the second?

It comes down to what does "good for length of stay" mean.

Length of stay means the same thing as an ultimate park hopper - from when you check in until you check out of any given hotel, NOT when you check in and out on property.

So to answer your question, yes, you'll have to buy a new mug for each hotel.
