split stays and mailed documents

I did a search and didn't find anything so I apologize in advance if this is asked frequently.

We have a split DVC stay coming up. Currently we are going between several resorts. We originally booked resort A but a wait list came through for resort B. We received a "incredible family vacation" mailing for resort A and a few days later for resort B. Not to mention the other hotels we will be staying at during this stay. All reservations were booked online. Is there any way to turn off the mailings? TIA!

Probably not. I've had that happen to me (the wait list come thru after stuff starts getting mailed out). I called and the CM told me that it's really more complicated to cancel the stuff you don't want and to go ahead and just throw away the unwanted mailers. Come to think of it, maybe she was just lazy and didn't want to do anything!
