Any recommendations?

We currently have 10 nights reserved at BCV in May. We have 50 points to use up at SSR (they expire 9/30), so we decided to use them on this trip to make a split stay. Do you think we should do 2 nights at SSR at the beginning or the end? BTW, we will be coming to the world from PC after our cruise on the Dream!

Or should we bite the bullet and stay BCV the entire trip?:confused3

We did a split stay at those 2 resorts last year and loved it. I would do it right after the cruise and relax and regroup (we were tired after our cruise). Hit DTD and maybe the spa and then head on over to BCV. If you think you will be dying to hit the parks right away, I would switch it around . It would also be nice to have those two relaxing days at the end of the trip. Sorry to be indecisive - but I could see it working both ways -but do the split say.:)

Thanks for your thoughts. That was my problem too. I kept going back and forth. I think I have decided SSR first. If I switch resorts with only 2 days left I don't think I would get very relaxed there. Also my DS wanted to do DTD the 1st day so it only makes sense travel wise. How does this sound for first and last day?

We were thinking check in SSR first and spend a leisurely day at DTD. Maybe do Earl of Sandwich for lunch, do Quest (never been), then Turf Club for dinner around 700. That would give us the evening hours to relax at the pool, maybe do the movie.

Then the last day we would be at BCV. We could do Cape May for breakfast around 815, pool all day (me reading ;)), maybe 200 lunch at BnC, before we have to catch the ME

Both nice resorts. Although i would always do the shorter one 1st then last. Even if it were lets say 6 & 4. Likeyou stated earlier you'll never get a chance to enjoy it knowing there's only 2 days left on your trip.

This sounds like a great plan to me :goodvibes. Have a great trip...we did a split stay with both of these resorts too in January, however they were for 3 nights each. Talk about not being able to settle down and really enjoy the resorts.
