Split stay question

What is the best way to move luggage from one resort to another when doing a split stay? We are staying at OKW in August and will not be renting a car for this trip. We will be staying at ASMo for one night prior to our OKW stay, what is the best way to get our luggage to OKW after a one night stay at ASMo? Uber/Lyft?

You can take it yourself via Uber/Lyft/taxi – or have Disney move it.

Bell services at ASM can transfer the luggage if you like. Be aware the luggage will not be ready to pick up at OKW until 4pm, sometimes later.
Or you can Uber over with luggage yourself.

We took an Uber from YC to OKW yesterday and I highly recommend it. And it was only $9 plus tip.

We always just send our bags over with bell services - not being available until later in the day isn't an issue for us - we always drop them, go to a park, then head back to the new resort - usually not until later in the evening anyway.

We always have Disney transfer our bags for us. We just drop them off at Bell Services in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. They almost always tell us the bags won't be at the next resort until sometime between 3-5pm.

As others have mentioned, Disney can move the bags for you but be aware there can be delays with receiving your luggage and there's no way to track it. Others here have reported 12+ hour delays at times, though I can't speak to how efficiently they've been operating in the current environment.

If it were me, I'd just hop in an Uber with my luggage and take it to the next resort myself. Uber will drop you off at the front door, where Bell Services usually is. You can store your luggage knowing it will be accessible and there when you return without even having to go inside.
