My family will be staying at the CBR for 5 nights on 1/20 with a dining plan. I have decided to come a day early and we are staying at the All Star Movies. When we check out at All Star Movies will they be able to take our luggage over to CBR? Since, my dining plan starts the day I check out will I be able to use it right away or will I have to wait till I get to CBR?

Yup.

Since, my dining plan starts the day I check out will I be able to use it right away or will I have to wait till I get to CBR?

Right away has been our experience.

You can take your bags down to luggage assistance in the morning and have them transferred to CBR. They won't arrive until late afternoon so take anything with you that you will need during the day. Once you are at CBR you can either stop at Bell Services and pick up your bags or after getting to your room you can call to have them delivered.

Very simple and painless as long as you keep out the things you will need at the park. By the time we got the new resort that evening, we went to our room and called down to bell services and our luggage was at our room in a few minutes. If you have any food that needs to stay cool, they kept it in the refrigerator they have down there. Could not have been easier.
