Split stay question

We are doing a hotel-only split stay (3 nights and 4 nights). 180 days out from arrival, will I be eligible to make reservations for only the first 3 nights (since they are technically 2 separate hotel reservations) or will I be able to make reservations for my whole stay? If the former, can you make reservations for lunch/dinner for times after you will have checked out?

When I've done split stays, I've had to book ADR's for each stay separately. I've read others here who had a kind CM on the phone who let them book the entire week, but I tried a couple of times and they would not let me.

You can make ADR's up to midnight on the day you check out.
