Split Stay question

When making split stay reservations for resorts that you don't own at can you book both resorts at the 7 month window of the begining of your trip or do you have to wait for the 7 month window to open at the 2nd resort before making that part of your ressie? For example: If we were to want to stay at AKL from Sept. 1-5 then at OKW from Sept. 6-10 (not owning at either resort) can we book the whole thing on Feb. 1 or do we have to wait until Feb. 6 to book at OKW?

Each part of your stay will be a separate reservation, bookable 7 months from the check-in date for that reservation. So you can book AKL on Feb 1 and OKW on Feb 6.

You could wait until February 6th and book all of the days at both resorts. But for me, I couldn't stand waiting, I'd want to know if I got the first reservation on February 1st.
