Split Stay Luggage Transfer

We are at Pop on last night as family suites were full for MLK weekend. Do I simply call bell service and tell them we are moving to pop and they will come pickup the bags at the room (will tip them of course) and take it from there. We simply head to a park, take bus back to Pop to checkin in the afternoon and have bell services deliver our bags which are mysteriousely transferred from ASM to the room.

Anything I'm missing here?
 
Do Value resorts have bell services that do room delivery? I have not stayed in a value in awhile, but last time I did you had to leave/claim your luggage. They would not deliver it to your room (or pick it up) Maybe with ME they do that now.

Anyway, usually they will not deliver the luggage until you're IN the room. So a few things to keep in mind. Allow for 20 minutes or so (at least) for them to pick up your luggage - and maybe longer! And after you get to POP allow for the same 20-30 minutes for your luggage to arrive. Keep in mind you probably have to tip going out and tip going in. We've done room transfers before, but we usually have a car so we only have them actually transfer 3-4 of the bags. We take all the carry ons with us.
