Split Stay/Luggage Transfer Question

We are leaving in less than 3 weeks!! The first night we are staying at Pop Century and then transferring to the Polynesian the next day. Will Pop transfer our luggage for us? How long can we expect this to take - I was thinking to allow basically the whole day, also considering that our room probably won't be ready early in the day at the Polynesian.

Anyone know what to expect and how to go about handling this with both resorts? Thank you!

Just let POPs bell services handle it . Talk to them the day before and see if they can get them from your room or if you have to take them down.

Then just go and enjoy your day they should make it to the Poly later in the day. When you go check-in there see if your bags have made it and can be delivered to your room.

We have done this several times including three resorts in one week on one trip. They make it so easy. We left the bags in the room and went to the park and when we returned to the new hotel the bags were there. I did tip pretty well though. I know it was alot of work.

We had our luggage transfered from CSR to POR. We had to take our luggage to the luggage room the morning we left for the parks to have it tagged and to tell the CM where it need to go. When we arrived at POR to check in mid-afternoon we had to call and have our luggage brought to our room. We had called from our room at CSR to inquire about having our luggage pick up from our room and were told that we had to bring it to the luggage room in the morning. Maybe we waited to late to schedule a room pick up. Anyway its a great service.
