staying first night wilderness bringing overnight bag, but do whispering canyon in morning than drinking around the world at epcot switching to art of animation for remainder of stay we don't want our vehicle at epcot will they let us drop our bags at AoA the night before check-in?or what strategy would be best?

If I understand your situation correctly, I think what I would consider is having all your stuff with you at WL. In the morning, after breakfast, pack up and head to AoA. Drop off the bags with Bell, park your car, then hop the Skyliner for EPCOT. Then your bags and your car are where you want them when you hop the Skyliner back to AoA. Once you return to AoA, you can either stop by Bell and pick up the bags, or go to your room (assuming you have been notified you can go to the room), and call Bell for the bags.

If you don't need access to your luggage at all during the day, you could drop it with bell services at WL, and they'll transfer it to AoA for you. That way, you'd just have to grab it upon check-in that evening.

But they still have the vehicle situation

You can drop your bags that morning whenever you want and they'll deliver over to your next resort sometime during that day. It just may take a bit, but as long as you don't need to access your bags that day, it's a great service.

I agree with others, your luggage is easy, your challenge is your car.
You need to get your car to AoA before you start drinking.
Just drive to aoa with luggage and start your day from there.
Get an idea of what building your room is and park by that building.

I agree with others who recommend driving to AoA to drop your luggage there and leave the car, then Skyliner to Epcot.

However, if you do decide to have Disney transfer your luggage from WL to AoA, as above just drop it off with Bell Services on your way to Epcot. Be aware that it won't arrive at AoA until late afternoon, 4 PM or maybe later, so keep medications or anything else you might need before then (e.g., swim stuff if you plan to return to AoA in the afternoon, dinner clothes if you'd like to shower and change before hand, etc.) with you at Epcot. That's another reason to drive to AoA and check your luggage - you can pick it up whenever you return to AoA and won't have to worry about whether it will be there when you want it.

The OP also had an original question regarding driving to AoA and dropping off the luggage the night before. I'm not sure if that's an option. Typically, without a room reservation being active, I'd say probably no. But they might be willing to listen if they can confirm they're staying there starting the next day. But it still leaves the OP needing to get their car to AoA, so taking care of it before going to EPCOT has to be better.

I agree with everyone else. Drive to AoA and take the Skyliner from there. If you're planning on a few drinks (hence the reason why you don't want your car at EPCOT), the Sklyiner will drop you right off at IG. You can either start your boozing with a pint in the UK or a Grey Goose slushie in France.

Do all resorts transfer luggage to other WDW resorts? Is there a fee?

They all do it free of charge. They do run on a schedule, and it may take some time for the bags to get to your room, but it's a great service if you want to spend the day in the park and not running between resorts.

whats the schedule
if i drop off early morn b4 a park and plan to go to the new resort mid day for a pool break, would my luggage be there?

They don’t start delivery until 1p. So generally bags arrive 2-6p. I stopped using the service.

Dd and I on split stays either

Leave in morning hotel #1 and ride share to hotel #2 with our bags and leave with bell service. Check in and hop on transport for park . Then when we leave park midday our bags are where we need them.

Or we leave for park and come back to hotel 1 by 11a(easy if you close like CR and going to MK or BWI and at HS). We then double check we have everything then RS bags to hotel #2 and check in. Often but not always I get a late check out of 12/12:30/1P. That definitely helps! Especially on hot days because you have time to shower or jump in the pool quick.

RS has been less than $15 so for us to have access for stuff has been worth it. In the cooler months and you spend more time in parks getting stuff delivered for free is nice. You can take bags to lobby yourself or call for bags to be picked up that day OR call night before with time you want. They will then deliver for you but it could be late. Sometimes I have gotten them around 3 but not before generally.

As above, probably not. I wouldn’t count on it being there until 4 at the earliest. Many guests pack their swim things or other items they’ll need in a backpack and take it to the park with them (carry it around or store in a locker depending on how heavy).
