Split stay dining only on first resort not second?

So I have a split stay .
Resort 1 BWI from 10/9 to 10/13 with dining plan .
Resort 2 CL Beach Club. 10/13-10/15.
Do all dining credits need to be used before I check into resort 2. Or can I use some credits that last day 10/13 till midnight even though I am checked into the new resort? Thx
