Split Stay, but where??

Oh yeah!!! Adding on to our trip! Now, where to stay!!! We'll be at the BC from Oct 17-24th. Our plan is to add on another three days at the beginning or end, doesn't really matter to us. Question is, do we add the Poly, (stayed before, looooved it), WL, (never stayed here, just eaten here , or the GF?? Again, never stayed there, just wandered the beautiful grounds. I guess my big question is, since we're doing the week at the BC, which resort would complement our entire trip? And with that, do we do before or after? I'm almost thinking after, and add on a deluxe room to end the trip with a bang! Thoughts??

That's a tough one. I was going to say the Poly, but since you've stayed there before I'd go with the GF. I love the WL too, but it's so nice to be on the monorail, and the rooms are bigger at GF. Sounds like a fabulous trip!

GF. You've got a big crew there and I think the size of the GF room plus being on the monorail is the way to go. (I'd say Poly too but since you've been there and seem ready to try something new then its GF.)

I think you should go with the WL. We stayed there in 2004 and loved it. The rooms were great, along with the activities, pool area, dining, and CM's.

I would try something new....
I'm partial to WL.....careful....you might buy DVC

If you rule out the lodge.....why I ask
try the GF so you can be at the magic kingdom area....

My vote is for WL though.

Okay, I must ask though....why WL??? We had an absolute blast eating there, (even met Vanna White!!) But really, tell me what you love about that vs. other deluxes. I must know.

Theme, theme, theme! The WL's theme is excellent.

Unless you stay over in the Villas side of WL, rent a Junior Suite or rent two rooms your family is too big for WL. That resort does not provide a day bed like the other MK resorts do. If price were no object and I had to choose between the Polynesian and the GF, I would probably go with the GF just because I have not stayed there yet. However ... I think it's going to be a little "classier" (or "stuffier") than the BC while the Polynesian is totally laid back. I also personally like the Contemporary and I have heard the Tower rooms rock!

I must send a big shout out to my fellow WI Diser's!!! Who knew that so many of us in the Badger State were Disney Nuts??!!! Must be our weather..... Thanks so much for the tip; I didn't know that about WL. Hmm....decisions, decisions.....
