Split stay and using pool after check-out time (SSR)

Used the search function but couldn't find the answer.

We are checking out of Saratoga Springs at 11 am and checking into Ft. Wilderness at 3 pm.

How long are we able to use the SSR pool on check-out day? It is our pool/resort day and we'd really like as much time enjoying our first deluxe pool experiende as possible!

Also, is there a place to wash off and change at either of the main SSR pools?

You are considered a guest of SSR until Midnight of checkout day with access to all the resort amenities including the pool.

It is our pool/resort day and we'd really like as much time enjoying our first deluxe pool experiende as possible!

Yes there are showers, lockers and a dressing area available.
