Split stay and refrigerated items?

I read that bell services won't transfer refrigerated items. I am moving from the YC to the BC. Do I just walk the things that need to be refrigerated over myself, and they will refrigerate them until our room is ready?

Yes, as long as you bring them, they’ll refrigerate or freeze them, no problem. They just can’t transport them anymore - don’t have the necessary refrigeration equipment in their trucks.

That you have to bring your own refrigerated items to bell services at the resort you're checking into? Yes. Still true. BELL services doesn't transport refrigerated items anymore.

Can confirm this, we transferred to SSR and were able to have some items put in while we waited for our room

We just got back about a week ago from staying at SSR and had a split stay but at same resort- Bell Services came to our room and loaded up our freezer & fridge stuff along with our luggage and kept them for us. It went fairly smoothly but they did end up loosing a bag and we had to replace the 2 items that were in there.
