Split Stay - ADR / FP+ Reservations

For example, I have a reservation for six consecutive nights, first at SSR for three nights (11/5-11/7) and then BLT for three nights (11/8-11/10). Will I be able to make ADRs and FP+s for all six days based on the 11/5 check in date? Or since these are two unique set of reservations, will I have to make two sets of ADR's and FP+s based on a check in date of 11/5 and 11/8?

Two sets. Disney sees them as two separate reservations.

You won't be able to make the ADRs as a connected reservation, but you will be able to do so with the FP.

Wait, actually- are you checking out of SSR on the 7th or the 8th? If your checkout and checkin dates aren't the same for the second half, then it is correct that nothing will be seen as a connected reservation.

In my example I would be checking out on the 8th at SSR and checking in on the 8th at BLT.

I have a split stay in September and was able to make all ADRs at 180. If you call MS (and are staying on points) they will make you a fake reservation for your total number of days and use that to book all of your ADRs. It was so easy!

I just called MS and they told me they could not do anything until the 180th day to link them. Was I told correctly or do I need to try to call back and get another person at MS to help prior to the 180 days?

They are correct. At 180 days you will be able to make the reservations for your entire trip.

The dining system doesn't recognize split stays, so you have to call in and hope you get someone who will agree to create the dummy reservation, as they actually stopped doing that a while back.

FP is no issue, that system recognizes split stays.

Not sure what you mean by a while back but I did this in November last year and it was a non issue

There have been numerous people in the past few months on this board who have been told they no longer make dummy reservations for the purposes of making ADRs for split stays. A supervisor did this for us for our upcoming September stay as a one time kindness.
