Split stay (1 night without dining.. Then package starts)

We decided to add a day in January and there was no availability for our package room so we booked a room only for 1 night before our package starts. Will we be able to use a dining credit for breakfast the morning of check in for our 2nd day (the day our package starts)

Yes you can! That's exactly what we did. Once you check in your credits are good up until midnight of the day you check-out! We had grabbed a few things at the airport to nibble on before we got to the other resort
