Split Room Reservation

Need advice - Back in November when I made my room reservation, I made three separate ressies, because I was intending on purchasing UPH passes for our trip and didn't want to pay for our two travel days (from NV) so now with the new program, I don't really need to do that. So should I just leave well enough alone, or should I try to make my reservation into one single reservation? I'm afraid if I muck with it, I won't get the same rate that I have, on the other hand, I understand as it stands right now I will have to check in and check out of the different reservations. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

If you can get the same rate and your dates, I would change it. We did this exact same thing 2 years ago. We had a room only ressie for our arrival date, a package, and then a room only ressie for our last night. It all worked out ok, but we had potential for a lot of hassle. Even though Disney assured me that all of my ressie numbers were linked in their system, the CM at check-in seemed surprised when I mentioned it. When I gave her the other ressie numbers, they had originally assigned us a different room for when the package began. She was able to change that so that we didn't have to move, which was nice with a 15 month old. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was a bit of a hassle checking in & out so much. If it's something you can change without a financial impact, I'd say go for it. The more streamlined your reservation, the smoother your vacation.

I would call CRO and ask what they can do for you. Explain your situation. Those people are usually great and will do whatever they can to help.

I called WDTC and they were unable to do anything with my reservation, then I called CRO and they were able to make it one continuous reservation. Whew, one less thing to worry about.
